Training Well With Mel
Nearly everyone wants to be fitter, but sometimes we need support in achieving that goal. There are a variety of ways in which I can help. What is very important is 'why do you want to get fitter'? Many of the people I work with are not sports fanatics but understand that losing weight and being in better shape would be beneficial. I won't drive you towards unachievable targets, but find the best path to fitness based on your age, size, abilities and aspirations.
Ladies and Gents
I work with ladies, gents and couples! This can be on a personal trainer basis or at some of my classes. I'm adept at putting together fitness programmes which suit men and women, their particular sizes and their goals. I also have full first aid training and can assure you of being in safe hands.
As you can imagine, I'm busy delivering personal fitness or my sports and remedial massage. If you would like to be fitter and want some expert advice and guidance in achieving that, then contact me! I can suggest a number of ways forward. I want to hear from you - so don't let your lack of fitness or weight stop you from wanting to be in better shape!

"I needed to prepare for a trans-atlantic crossing on a 41 foot yacht - at the age of 70! Mel listened to what I wanted
and prepared a carefully designed fitness programme. It was effective, motivational, and helped me to achieve my goals. Mel is a 'thinking' trainer and matches her superb professionalism with a delightful sense of humour."
"We needed someone who would recognise we needed different levels of training but at a place and time that suited our busy schedules. Mel ensured we met our goals of lost weight and better fitness. Her advice and guidance on better diet was invaluable and changed our whole outlook on how to manage weight, especially when our jobs so often mean sitting at a computer. Mel is particularly good at understanding when you need pushed and when you are really need a rest! She really cares about you and you goals."
