Life balance Well With Mel
I believe in enjoying food and drink, and why not? They can be enjoyed more when they don't just represent calories or make you feel guilty about having either. I know it is really easy to say but it is about having a balance between exercise, rest, and the levels of food and drink you take.
Getting that balance is something I work on with my customers. The right level of training, sports massage where required, and seeing food and drink for their 'fuel' qualities - what I advice is adapted to your own needs, levels of fitness and aspirations. So whether you are young or mature, slim or feeling overweight, I'll work with you to get the right life balance!
